I'm Chris Christensen, Vice President at Neis Insurance Agency in Crystal Lake. I've built my career on a simple idea: you shouldn't need to become an insurance expert to be treated like one. You ask, I translate, and when it matters most — at claim time — I'm the one calling you with updates, not the other way around.
My clients range from families insuring their first home to lawyers who read every word of their policies, production facilities, and nonprofits. What they have in common is one phone number that gets a person who knows them.
